In an exhilarating opening round of the 2024-25 Formula E World Championship held at the Anhembi Sambadrome in São Paulo, Mitch Evans of Jaguar TCS Racing achieved a remarkable victory, overcoming the odds by starting from the back of the grid.
McLaren’s Taylor Barnard and Sam Bird rounded out the podium in second and third. Young Barnard made history by becoming Formula E’s youngest-ever podium finisher at just 20 years old after starting from 17th on the grid.
