AF Corse and Vista team have announced their intriguing new lineup ahead of the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) with two Ferrari 296 GT3 entries which will be racing in the LMGT3 class as Vista AF Corse.
AF Corse has announced the names of six drivers for the 2024 World Endurance Championship, including Alessio Rovera and Davide Rigon, both Ferrari factory GT drivers.
Ferrari #54 will be making a return in 2024, lining up with drivers Thomas Flohr, Francesco Castellacci and factory Ferrari driver Davide Rigon, after a great campaign last year in which the team finished the season in third place overall.
The second Ferrari 296 LMGT3, car #55, will be driven by official Ferrari driver Alessio Rovera and seasoned racer Simon Mann, who have both had outstanding performances in the Championships. François Heriau, who will be marking his debut with the team, will be in the third seat.
These six drivers will represent Maranello against eight other manufacturers in AF Corse’s inaugural WEC LMGT3 campaign, which will be launched with the new Ferrari 296 GT3 chassis in 2024.

“To represent Ferrari with the two competing cars is a big honor and responsibility for the Vista AF Corse team and a further expansion of Vista’s longtime partnership with Ferrari.”

AF Corse will use their extensive experience to try and emulate their Hypercar colleagues by aiming for a victory in their category at the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans which is the fourth of eight events on the 2024 schedule.
